As the principal broker at Smith Lending Group in San Luis Obispo, I specialize in locating low-rate affordable financing for homeowners and home buyers.  During my 35 years working in real estate I have helped thousands of people buy and finance homes. 

Real Estate is a personal service business. From me you can expect knowledge, experience and skill in answering your real estate questions and funding your home loan.  We arrange loans on residential properties throughout California, and refer clients to related professional services as needed.

Graduating with a degree in mathematics from California State University, Sacramento, I entered the real estate profession after working many years as an accountant for the AT&T subsidiary in San Francisco.
